Tontieta Virgil, I have been in the transportation industry for more than 15 years, I started as a CDL operator and quickly moved into a management position. My leadership, commitment, and dedication were earned and have gained myself respect in this growing transportation industry. I pride myself in being an asset to RMA and committed to seeing RMA grow to the next level. In my experience, I have completed Annual Safety Seminars and Annual Drug & Alcohol Suspicion Seminars. I have trained CDL operators in defensive driving, how to properly complete pre/post trip on your vehicles, proper customer service, how to engage with your customers, improving your customer service skills, showing operators what to look for under the hood of the vehicle, listening for warning sounds, which normally lead to preventable maintenance issues. Overall, I’m a very upbeat person and I smile through all of life’s challenges. I believe in treating people exactly how I want to be treated. My daily motto is to rock my “Best Accessory”.
