CANCELLATION POLICY: In the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD region ONLY, we will accept CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT CHARGE UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME FOR SEDANS AND SUVS AND 4 HOURS FOR LIMOS AND VANS. For the remainder of the United States, we will accept CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT CHARGE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME FOR SEDANS.
Mini buses require 24 hours’ notice. Motor coaches require 2 weeks’ notice. International cancellations require 72 hours’ notice.
LATE CANCELLATIONS for airport transfers or for point to point services WILL BE CHARGED FULL FARE. For hourly bookings, a fee equal to the hourly minimum of service will be charged. If for any reason you do not see your chauffeur please call (800) 878-7743 and press 3 for dispatch to avoid a late cancellation charge. WAIT TIME: For point to point transfers wait time may apply. For domestic airport and train station pick-ups, RMA grants a 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. International arrivals have a 45 minute grace period. For all other pick-ups a 10 minute grace period will be granted. Thereafter, WAIT TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT $1 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 1 MINUTE PERIOD. Rates are all-inclusive of all operating fees and chauffeur compensation, however they do not include charges for parking, tolls, and airport fees, which are passed along as incurred. Debit and credit cards will be authorized for the minimum amount estimated at the time of booking. The authorization will hold the funds until released by your bank or financial institution. Please note, depending on your financial institution there could be an overlap with the preauthorization and the actual charge. RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
