Brandon’s (aka “Chief Hill”) philosophy is “Empower and Educate the RMA staff, stress accountability and responsibility. This will develop a high-performing cross-functional team driven to excellence.”

Today’s livery business requires an exceptional operational specialist with a unique blend of leadership, vision, broad-based transportation preparedness, working experience, and the ability to deliver superior results.

Brandon oversees the daily operations of RMA, and the management of the chauffeur, shuttle operators, dispatcher, detailers, chauffeur training, Fleet/Fuel and claims administration., facilities management. His team leadership, along with his team-building skills, make him successful at wearing many hats. Brandon (also known as “Chief”) is naturally a problem solver; his ability to mentor his employee’s mentality inspires all his team members to maintain peak performance, morale and productivity levels.

Brandon has sat on dozens of Boards and Commissions, including The American Public Transportation Association, The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, The U.S. Small Business Administration National Advisory Board of Directors, The Washington Hospital Center Board of Directors, and the Metropolitan Washington Board of Trade Board of Directors.

During “Chief’s” career, he has been recognized and awarded over 60 times, including Project Manager of the Year District of Columbia, Public Schools, Employer of the Year for Leadership Department of Aging, Employer of the Year for Leadership U.S. Senate Citation, Aviation Airport Services Award AOCI, Federal Outstanding Performance IBM, National Steering Committee for President George H. Bush.
