With a career deeply rooted in the transportation industry, Jason Ramos embarked on a professional journey in 2001 as a call center representative, demonstrating unwavering dedication to assisting clients with reservations. From the outset, he focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience in the realms of transfers, events, and road shows. Drawing from his educational background in computer sciences, he attended William Paterson University, majoring in Computer Science, where he developed an innate desire to seamlessly integrate technology with the goal of aiding and enhancing the customer experience.

Over the years, his journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence. Today, he proudly serves as the driving force behind the technology advancements at RMA as the Sr. Director of Technology, overseeing the IT department. In this pivotal role, he is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience for both valued clients and RMA representatives. His responsibilities encompass full support of the Santa Cruz system, utilizing data analytics through Zoho Analytics, and providing end-to-end user support. He has played a vital role in successfully rolling out the Dialpad phone system, Santa Cruz hosted solution, and various Zoho products such as Analytics, Recruit, Desk, and CRM, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the organization.

In his pursuit of excellence, he has continually invested in staying abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of computer hardware and software. This dedication has been recognized through his promotion to oversee the IT department, where he actively contributes to the improvement of the organization’s technology infrastructure. He has undertaken data analytic training, ITIL Foundational training, and CompTia A+ courses, further enriching his knowledge and refining his skills to meet the demands of the dynamic industry.
