Chauffeur Incentive Plan

The Focused Five Chauffeur Incentive Plan rewards chauffeurs who demonstrate excellence in professionalism, punctuality, accuracy, client satisfaction, and compliance. This plan underscores our commitment to fostering a culture of outstanding service and safety while recognizing and celebrating the exceptional contributions of our chauffeurs.
Focused Five Objectives
To qualify for the quarterly bonus, chauffeurs must consistently meet the following deliverables:

1. Professionalism
- Interact courteously and professionally with clients and the Dispatch department at all times.
- Accept all assignments within your availability schedule, with no unscheduled absences.
- Maintain an immaculate uniform, including the issued RMA pin & tie, ensuring a clean, pressed appearance.
2. Punctuality
- Arrive on time for every assignment, every time. Punctuality is key to delivering exceptional service, as every ride counts.
3. Accurate Coding
- Ensure all trip coding is completed accurately, including confirming rides, completing trip data, and adhering to hours-of-service requirements.
- Submit DVIR reports to document vehicle condition, report any damage, and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Client Feedback
- Receive positive client feedback, documented accolades, compliments, or kudos.
- Avoid client complaints of any kind, as client satisfaction is paramount.
5. Compliance
- Maintain a flawless safety record with no traffic infractions, preventable accidents, or violations of safety protocols.
- Refuel the vehicle before returning the keys and ensure it is in pristine condition, including waxing, detailing, and replacing branded items (multi-charger, water, & branded magazine) assigned to the vehicle.

How the Plan Works
for a More Equitable Tomorrow
Performance Evaluation:
Performance on the Focused Five objectives will be reviewed and tracked quarterly through an automated chauffeur feedback system, client comments, dispatch notes, and compliance data.
Quarterly Bonus Eligibility:
- Part-Time Chauffeurs: To qualify, you must work at least 250 hours per quarter.
- *Full-Time Chauffeurs: To qualify, you must work at least 1,000 hours per quarter. –Chauffeurs must be employed for the entire quarter and remain in good standing to be eligible.
Bonus Amount:
Chauffeurs who meet all five objectives during the quarter will receive a bonus of $500.00/$250.00.
Appeal Process:
If you believe a metric was mistakenly attributed to you, you may appeal to the Senior Operations Manager within five days of the bonus announcement. Decisions made during the appeal process are final.
Bonus Schedule
Earn more per quarter
Performance Evaluation:
Eligible chauffeurs who meet the Focused Five objectives will receive their bonus in the final paycheck of the month following the end of the bonus period. The bonus schedule is as follows:

- The first quarter incentive period will close on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Recipients of the Focused Five incentive will be announced on April 7, 2025, and payment will follow two weeks later.
Terms & Conditions
- Failure to meet any one component of the Focused Five objectives will result in ineligibility for the bonus during that quarter.
