For service that originates or ends outside of a specific metropolitan area, one-way mileage rates may be in lieu of hourly rates, whichever is greater.

Hourly rates are computed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns.

When Point-To-Point transfer rates are not available, there is a 2 hour standard minimum charge.
