Mr. Alexander,

I apologize that this email is coming to you a month after our event but I had to tell you about our experience with RMA. From the start of our planning months and months before unto until just a few weeks ago RMA has been wonderful. I dealt with Mickey Lochab who was honestly the most "on top of it" professional man. What a sweetheart! Whenever our company needed something he was always willing to get it done and help. You clearly run an amazing company and that shows in your employees. 

I work for a company called Hobsons and we were there a month ago and used RMA for all our travel needs and did not have one complaint. That says something in my opinion. One day that really stands out is November 8th. I had 6 SUVs take around our international employees and every single one of them loved their driver. My driver (who I do not remember the name but deserves so much praise) was so wonderful! He even bought me a cupcake at Georgetown Cupcakes when we went in. I made him come in with me so he could buy one for his daughter.
The drivers of the other cars were so much fun and so resourceful since my co-workers were on a scavenger hunt through DC/Georgetown. A smile is contagious and every one of them must know that because my entire group was in such an excellent mood (even for having an enormous amount of jetlag).

Once again sorry this comes to you late but better late than never. You seriously have a wonderful group of people working for you. Mickey gets extra praise from me since I emailed him probably over 100 times a week! He had such patience with me and has the BEST personality. You have a gem there. Well, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New years and I look forward to our return to DC and to use RMA again. Mike & Kim,

Just wanted to thank you for giving us Sunny Kakkar #435 as our driver for Wednesday – Friday last week.  His awareness of our schedule and efforts really kept us on our tight schedule and helpful us have smooth logistics during our program last week. If possible, we would love to have him as our driver whenever I have you scheduled as it takes a extra burden off me (I don’t worry about slipping out ahead to be sure the bus is there, I know it is).

• RMA Transportation and Kimberly Sheahin

Dear Mr. Miesemer,


Our third daughter was married on November 12 and RMA provided the transportation for our family and guests.
We used RMA for the rehearsal dinner on Friday night and for the wedding on Saturday.  Hotel room blocks were scarce this week-end due to a convention in DC, so our guests were in 4 different hotels.  Everything went very smoothly with the transportation, aside from high traffic on Friday night which led to a delay.This efficiency one would expect from a company with the experience and reputation of RMA.    
The unexpected, however, was that I worked with Kimberly Sheahin and, I have to say, she was one of the best people I encountered in planning the wedding.  Although it was our third wedding, it was the first time we transported guests. We used RMA for just our immediate family for the previous wedding.
Transportation was a very difficult piece for me. It would have been very easy for the person on the other end of the phone to be condescending to me because I rarely even take a cab,  I am not particularly good on the telephone, and it takes me a little while to process information.   Kimberly was so professional, but at the same time so understanding, polite, and kind to me.  Kimberly talked me through it, made changes willingly if I made an error, did not demand that I answer time questions on the spot, etc.   It was really amazing.   She turned something I dreaded doing into something that I was proud of accomplishing. We even had a few laughs which made the task more pleasant.         
We're getting a lot of kudos this week about the wedding and many people have mentioned the convenience of having the transportation. I would highly recommend RMA to anyone whether their transportation needs were large or small.

• Chauffeur Grid for MLK Dedication


Lauren, Just wanted to touch base with you on the MLK, Jr drivers. The drivers all did an incredible job. Professional, clean and efficient. I personally had the opportunity to work with Jay Kuzminsky (Great, made himself available above and beyond), Mark Stevens (Ms. Pickard and guest were very pleased with him) and Robert Rogers (Great job). You laid your reputation on the line in choosing these guys and your reputation remains intact. Each driver is to be commended. Every driver from what I could hear did a great job and I would like to pass on to each and every one that participated in the dedication my most sincere gratitude.
